What is Meditation?
Meditation is a tool for rediscovering the body's own inner intelligence. Practiced for thousands of years, it's not about forcing the mind to be quiet; it's about finding the silence that's already there and making it a part of your life.

Meditation
Focus on the seven invisible energy centers within yourself. They are positioned from the base of the spine to the top of the head. This helps us regulate different aspects of our physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
Chakra Meditation
Learn to focus on a repetitive sound to clear the mind. It can be a word, phrase, or sound, one of the most common being “om.” After chanting the mantra, you’ll be more in tune with your environment. This allows you to experience deeper levels of awareness.
Mantra Meditation
This form uses bowls, gongs, and other instruments to create sound vibrations that help focus the mind and bring it into a more relaxed state. Enjoy sound frequencies that entrain brainwave patterns, guiding the mind into deep relaxation
