What is Sound Healing?
Sound Bath is from Nada Yoga, which is the ancient yogic science of inner transformation through sound vibrations. Nada means sound or vibration and Yoga means union- together, it is the path to unite the self with the cosmic consciousness through sound vibrations.
A sound bath is sacred immersion in vibrations- a gentle journey through sound and stillness. As Tibetan bowls and other grounding instruments weave the resonance, they awaken the balance and alignment of seven chakras(energy centres in our body), clearing stagnant energy and inviting deep rest. These sacred instruments produce frequencies that

Unlike other therapies, sound healing doesn't require you to do anything. You simply lie down, relax, and let the healing vibrations do the work.

An introduction call
Typically a 60 minute session, I play various healing instruments and sometimes on your body. Each instrument produces unique healing frequencies. The vibrations create a massage-like effect from the inside out.
During session
Many people enter deep relaxation or meditative states. Some experience emotional release or profound peace. Time to rest and integrate the experience. I will give guidance for continuing your healing journey.
